Julia Roberta da Costa Silva, known professionally as Ajuliacosta, is a prominent Brazilian rapper, singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur hailing from Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo. Emerging as a significant voice in the new generation of Brazilian hip-hop, Ajuliacosta began her musical journey participating in rap battles in her hometown. She independently released her first songs in the early 2020s, quickly gaining traction for her authentic lyrics that delve into themes of Black womanhood, empowerment, and everyday experiences. Her music is characterized by a fusion of classic hip-hop elements with modern influences, creating a sound that is both fresh and recognizable. Ajuliacosta has also founded her own independent fashion brand, "AJULIACOSTA$HOP," which celebrates Black and peripheral aesthetics.

Ajuliacosta first gained significant recognition with her 2022 EP "AJU," which featured tracks like "Aju" and "Homens como você."
