Biography

Andria Busic is a renowned Brazilian musician, singer, and music producer born in São Paulo on October 9, 1965. The son of trumpet player André Busic and brother of drummer Ivan Busic, he grew up immersed in an environment full of musical influences ranging from jazz to classic rock, which paved his way in the national rock scene alongside artists like Herbert Vianna, Lulu Santos, and Lobão.

Throughout his career, he has been a member of several prominent projects, such as the bands Platina, Taffo, and the legendary Casa das Máquinas, in addition to collaborating with Supla and Ultraje a Rigor. His recognition in the hard rock scene came with the founding of Dr. Sin alongside his brother and Edu Ardanuy, a group with which he recorded iconic albums and performed at major festivals like Rock in Rio and Monsters of Rock.

In addition to his work with Dr. Sin, Andria has remained active on multiple fronts of Brazilian music, forming the band Busic and taking on the role of bassist for Ultraje a Rigor on the talk show The Noite com Danilo Gentili. As a producer in his own studio, he continues to influence new generations and keep the tradition of heavy rock alive in the country.
