Biography

Arthur Nogueira is a Brazilian singer-songwriter, acoustic guitarist, and journalist born in Belém, Pará. Based in São Paulo, he has been recognized by the press for renewing the tradition of poets within Brazilian song, bridging classical structures with contemporary sounds. Over his career, he has released several notable albums and EPs, including Mundano, Sem Medo Nem Esperança, and Rei Ninguém, earning a Latin Grammy nomination for the latter.

In addition to his solo work, Nogueira has collaborated extensively with prominent literary and musical figures, including poet Antonio Cicero, with whom he partnered on numerous compositions and the tribute album Presente - Antonio Cicero 70. His songs and interpretations have been recorded by renowned artists such as Gal Costa, Cida Moreira, and Fafá de Belém, for whom he also served as a music producer. Furthermore, his collaborative network includes acclaimed artists like Adriana Calcanhotto, Fernanda Takai, Zélia Duncan, and Ronaldo Bastos.
