Biography
Atitude 67 is a Brazilian pagode band formed in 2016 in the city of Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul. The band consists of six childhood friends: Pedro Pimenta (vocals), Éric Polizér (acoustic guitar and vocals), Karan Cavallero (tambourine and vocals), GP (rebolo), Leandro Osmar (reco-reco), and Henrique Regenold (surdo). The group's name refers to the area code (67) of Mato Grosso do Sul, symbolizing the connection to their roots.
Atitude 67's sound is characterized by the blend of pagode with influences from other genres such as samba, rap, pop, and reggae, creating a modern and relaxed musical identity. All compositions are written by the band members themselves and are frequently based on real stories. The band gained national projection after being mentored by singer Thiaguinho, who discovered and supported them in their career.
In 2017, they released their first self-authored album, "Atitude 67 (Ao Vivo)", recorded at the Corleone barbershop in São Paulo, under the Universal Music label. The album included hits like "Cerveja de Garrafa" and "Saideira", which reached the top of the Spotify charts in Brazil. Throughout their career, they have released several EPs and thematic albums, such as "Laje 67", "Praia 67", "Luau 67", and "Casa 67". The band has performed at major festivals and events across Brazil, establishing themselves as one of the main groups of the new generation of pagode.
