Grupo Cultural Bagunçaço, often referred to simply as "Bagunçaço," is a cultural organization founded in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, in 1991 by Joselito Crispim. It emerged from a desire to foster self-esteem and cultural identity among the marginalized Afro-Brazilian youth in the favelas of Alagados. The organization provides a safe space for young people, offering educational resources, skill-building classes, film production workshops, cultural exchanges, and music education.

Bagunçaço's philosophy is deeply rooted in the principles of Candomblé, an Afro-Brazilian spiritual tradition that emphasizes community, mutual support, and service. This foundation guides the organization's mission to empower its participants, encouraging them to take pride in their heritage and to become active contributors to Brazil's future. The initiative aims to counteract the negative impacts of poverty and systemic neglect, offering a nurturing environment where children and adolescents, aged 6 to 18, are encouraged to see each other as a unified family.
