Berna Ceppas is a Brazilian composer and musician born in Rio de Janeiro, known for his versatile contributions to contemporary music, theater, and circus productions. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong reputation by collaborating with renowned cultural figures, including composing original soundtracks for several acclaimed shows by choreographer Deborah Colker. His notable international work includes composing the score for the Cirque du Soleil production Ovo, which expanded his reach to audiences worldwide.

Deeply rooted in the vibrant music scene of Rio de Janeiro, Ceppas is also recognized as one of the founding members of the prominent big band Orquestra Imperial.
