Biography

Bryan Behr, artistic name of Bryan William de Souza, is a Brazilian singer-songwriter born in Brusque, Santa Catarina. He has been composing since the age of 14, and after encouragement from singer and surfer Pedro Schin in 2016, he began publishing his songs on the internet. His professional career officially took off in 2018 with the release of the acoustic EP "Da Cor do Girassol", which was recognized as the "Best EP of the Year" by the portal Rifferama. Following this early success, he signed with Universal Music Brasil in 2019 and released his "EP 2019", rapidly gaining traction on streaming platforms with hits like "A vida é boa com Você".

Over the following years, Bryan continued to expand his discography and mainstream appeal. In 2020, he released his debut album, "A Vida é Boa", followed by collaborations with international and national artists, including a recording with British singer Calum Scott in 2021. His second album, "Todas as Coisas do Coração", arrived in 2022 alongside his first live DVD recording. His live album "Bryan Behr ao vivo em São Paulo" earned him a Latin Grammy nomination in 2023 for Best Portuguese Language Contemporary Pop Album, cementing his place in contemporary Brazilian pop music alongside peers like Vítor Kley and Tiago Iorc.

In 2024, Bryan embarked on his Dejavu Tour and saw his song "De todos os amores" featured on the soundtrack of the Rede Globo telenovela "Família É Tudo". His musical style blends acoustic pop melodies with heartfelt lyrics, drawing comparisons to other notable singer-songwriters in the Brazilian scene such as Anavitória and Melim.
