Biography

Carol Biazin is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist born in São João do Ivaí and raised in Campo Mourão, Paraná. She first gained national prominence as a finalist on the sixth season of the reality television singing competition The Voice Brasil in 2017, where she was mentored by Ivete Sangalo. Following her success on television, she built a dedicated following through independent releases and successful crowdfunding campaigns before signing with Universal Music.

Her debut studio album, Beijo de Judas, was released in 2020 and featured collaborations with prominent Brazilian artists such as Luísa Sonza, Gloria Groove, Vitão, and Dilsinho. She continued to expand her artistic range with the visual and chronologically inverse conceptual album Reversa in 2023, followed by her ambitious double album No Escuro, Quem É Você?, which earned a Latin Grammy nomination for Best Portuguese Language Contemporary Pop Album.

Throughout her career, Biazin has established herself as a significant voice in contemporary Brazilian pop music, blending emotional songwriting with strong visual storytelling and acoustic performances. She has collaborated and shared musical spaces with various peers in the Brazilian pop scene, including Day Limns and Vitor Kley. Her continuous touring schedule has included major festival appearances, such as performances at Lollapalooza and Rock in Rio.
