Biography

Celso Yunes Portiolli is a well-known Brazilian television host, radio broadcaster, entrepreneur, and former singer born in Maringá, Paraná. He began his career in radio during the 1980s before gaining national prominence in television by sending hidden camera ideas to Silvio Santos at SBT. Throughout his career at the network, Portiolli has hosted numerous successful shows such as Passa ou Repassa, Curtindo uma Viagem, and Sunday variety staple Domingo Legal, succeeding Gugu Liberato.

In addition to his television success, Portiolli ventured into music in the late 1990s, releasing dance music compilations and a studio album titled É Tempo de Alegria produced by Michael Sullivan. He also served briefly as a city councilman in Ponta Porã during the early 1990s before focusing entirely on his media career.
