Alexandre Berreta, known artistically as Chininha, is a prominent Brazilian singer and composer, particularly recognized for his contributions to the pagode genre. Born in Rio de Janeiro, he began his musical journey in his adolescence, eventually rising to national fame as the lead vocalist for the group Nosso Sentimento in 2005. During his tenure with the group, which lasted until 2015, Chininha was instrumental in delivering hits such as "Sonho de Amor," "Fora da Lei," and "Namoro Escondido," solidifying his distinctive vocal style and stage presence within the Brazilian music scene.

Following his time with Nosso Sentimento, Chininha embarked on several collaborative projects, including the "Trilogia" project with Rony Lucio and Suel from 2013 to 2016.
