Biography
Cleo is a Brazilian singer, actress, producer, and writer who has established a notable presence in both the national television and music scenes. Born in Rio de Janeiro, she comes from a prominent artistic family as the daughter of singer Fábio Júnior and actress Glória Pires. Before fully embracing her artistic career, she explored her musical inclinations in her youth by fronting a rock band named Seedless between 1999 and 2000.
Transitioning into the music industry later in her career, she adopted the mononym Cleo in 2017 and released her debut extended play, Jungle Kid, in 2018. This was quickly followed by her second EP, Melhor Que Eu, later that same year, marking her official arrival as a recording artist blending pop and alternative sounds. Alongside her musical output, she has continued to expand her artistic footprint through independent audiovisual productions and digital series.
Her musical journey connects with the broader tapestry of Brazilian pop culture and contemporary artists who transition between acting and singing, sharing cultural spaces with performers like Fiuk and projecting a modern persona. She remains active across multiple artistic platforms, balancing her recording career with writing and executive production.
