Biography

Conrado & Aleksandro was a Brazilian sertanejo universitário duo formed in Dourados, Mato Grosso do Sul, in 2003. The original lineup consisted of Conrado Bardi de Jesus Bueno (known as Conrado) and Luiz Aleksandro Talhari Correia (known as Aleksandro). The duo gained prominence for their romantic songs within the sertanejo genre, becoming popular in the early 2000s.

Throughout their career, Conrado & Aleksandro released several albums and DVDs, achieving significant success with hits like "Afinal," "Gravidade Zero," "Certos Detalhes" (featuring Luan Santana), "Halls Preto," "Mete Tequila," "Põe no 120," and "Caminhonete Inteira." Their music often resonated with audiences at rodeos and popular festivals across Brazil. In 2019, Conrado Bueno transitioned to a solo career, and João Vitor Moreira Soares joined as the new Conrado, continuing the duo with Aleksandro until its dissolution.

The duo's career tragically concluded in 2022 with the death of Aleksandro in a bus accident. The incident deeply impacted the Brazilian music scene, and Conrado has since embarked on a new phase in his career, forming a new musical partnership. Conrado & Aleksandro left a notable mark on the sertanejo universitário movement, with their songs remaining popular among fans.
