Eduardo Mattos do Patrocínio, more famously known as D.D. Crazy, is a Brazilian drummer recognized for his significant contributions to the early Brazilian black metal scene. He was a pivotal member of the influential band Sarcófago, serving as their drummer from 1985 to 1987.

During his tenure with Sarcófago, D.D. Crazy was instrumental in shaping the band's aggressive sound, particularly on their debut album "I.N.R.I." (1987). He is credited as a pioneer in the metal world for his extensive use of blast beats on this record, a technique that would become a hallmark of extreme metal drumming. His powerful and fast-paced drumming style significantly influenced the development of black and thrash metal in Brazil.

Beyond Sarcófago, D.D. Crazy also performed with other Brazilian metal bands such as Sextrash and Insulter. His work with Sarcófago, especially the album "I.N.R.I.", remains a landmark in Brazilian extreme metal, solidifying his legacy as a foundational figure in the genre.
