Biography

Christian Rachid Valezi, better known as DJ Chris no Beat, is a Brazilian DJ and music producer who gained prominence for his ability to blend musical genres, especially sertanejo with funk and electronic music, creating a modern style nicknamed "AgroBeat" or "agronejo".

His career took off in 2022 with the hit "Pipoco", a collaboration with Ana Castela and Melody, which reached the top of the streaming charts in Brazil and became a phenomenon. Chris no Beat innovated by creating the musical base before seeking out the vocals, an approach different from the traditional one in Brazilian music.

He is frequently called a "Hit Machine" due to his success in producing tracks that quickly go viral on social networks and digital platforms. In addition to "Pipoco", other successful songs in his production include "Juliet e Chapelão", "Clima de Rodeio", "Pira nos Caipira" and "A Galera do Chapéu", many of them in partnership with prominent names in sertanejo and funk, such as Luan Pereira, Ana Castela, Fernando & Sorocaba, and Pedro Paulo & Alex.

Born in Londrina, in Paraná, Chris no Beat was already active in the sertanejo universe, but saw his career gain new momentum during the pandemic, when he started working as a videomaker and exploring the universe of agronejo. His ability to fuse rural elements with electronic beats and funk influences has consolidated him as one of the most sought-after names in the current Brazilian music scene.
