Biography

The band Duas Medidas emerged in Salvador, Bahia, in 2008, with the proposal to bring a new energy to the axé music scene. From the beginning, the group stood out for the charismatic stage presence of its members and for a musical language that directly engaged with young audiences. With a repertoire that mixes original songs and hits of the genre, Duas Medidas quickly gained ground in carnivals and parties all over Brazil.

Throughout its trajectory, the band underwent some changes in its lineup and visual identity. In 2019, there was a rebranding to "Lincoln Sena & Duas Medidas," seeking to strengthen the vocalist's brand. More recently, in 2024, the band introduced Guga Meyra as its new vocalist, and in March 2025, Diego Vibe took over the vocals, demonstrating the group's constant evolution and adaptation to new times and market demands.

Duas Medidas is known for its ability to innovate and connect with the public, launching applications, promoting events such as "Domingo na Medida," and leading carnival blocks. The band has released original and promotional DVDs, consolidating its presence on stages and in the media, and continues to be a reference in axé music, always seeking new ways to bring joy and energy to its fans.
