Jeysa Ribeiro Conceição, professionally known as Duquesa, is a prominent Brazilian singer and songwriter representing the contemporary urban scene. Born and raised in Feira de Santana, Bahia, she began her musical career at the age of 15 in 2015, collaborating with the local group Sincronia Primordial. Her professional breakthrough came after signing with the Brazilian production company Boogie Naipe, which allowed her to develop a sound that seamlessly blends R&B, trap, and hip hop influences.\n\nThroughout her rise, Duquesa has collaborated with various established names in Brazilian music, including singer Ju Moraes and the acclaimed rapper Rincon Sapiência. After gaining experience in the alternative circuits of the Salvador Carnival, she focused on her solo recording career, releasing the EP 'Sinto Muito' in 2022.
