Biography

Eli Soares dos Reis, born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, is one of the leading names in evangelical and gospel music in Brazil. The son of musicians and raised in a Christian home, he took his first steps in music during his childhood, learning to play the acoustic guitar and drums to perform at his local church. His career gained national prominence after winning music contests in 2009, which opened doors for him to record his first album and, subsequently, sign a contract with major record labels.

Throughout his career, the singer has established himself as one of the most awarded and acclaimed artists in the contemporary Christian genre, standing out both for his expressive vocals and his work as a music producer. He has collaborated with several important names from the gospel scene and Brazilian music, such as Delino Marçal, Mauro Henrique, Guilherme de Sá, and members of the group Preto no Branco.
