Eliane Silva is a prominent Brazilian contemporary Christian singer, widely recognized for her powerful contributions to the pentecostal gospel movement. Born in Timóteo, Minas Gerais, she began singing in her local church at the age of thirteen and steadily built a career spanning over three decades. Throughout her journey, she has released numerous successful albums and sold over a million and a half copies, establishing herself as a cornerstone of Brazilian gospel music alongside contemporaries like Cassiane and Lauriete.

Her breakthrough came with a prolific run of albums during the 1990s and 2000s, including acclaimed projects such as Na Unção and É Preciso Ter Fé, the latter of which achieved massive commercial success and yielded enduring anthems like "Isso É Coisa Pra Deus." In 2011, following her signing with Sony Music Gospel, Eliane recorded her landmark first live DVD on the shores of Praia de Camburi in Vitória, celebrating both her longstanding ministry and the city's anniversary.
