Biography

Felipe Silveira is a Brazilian pianist, performer, teacher, arranger, and composer, born in Campinas, São Paulo, in 1987. He began his musical studies with popular music classes, accumulating over 15 years of professional experience. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to play alongside renowned national and international musicians, such as Hector Costita, Daniel D'Alcântara, Ryan Keberle, and Chad LB, in addition to accompanying several prominent singers in Brazilian music, including Leny Andrade, Rosa Passos, and Fátima Guedes.

In 2011, Silveira released an album featuring original Brazilian popular songs composed by him. He is also a member of a band led by his father, João Alexandre Silveira, an arranger, acoustic guitarist, and singer. Felipe actively participates in various musical projects both in Brazil and abroad, such as the Sidiel Vieira Quintet and the Ryan Keberle Brazil Collective, the latter paying tribute to the "Clube da Esquina" movement.

In addition to his work as a musician, Felipe Silveira is also dedicated to teaching, offering piano and music theory lessons. His versatility has led him to explore genres such as braclassical, chamber music, latin jazz, mpb, and gospel, establishing him as a multifaceted artist in the Brazilian music scene.
