Fernanda Cunha is a Brazilian singer and songwriter born in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, on November 5, 1970. The daughter of singer Telma Costa and niece of songwriter Sueli Costa, Fernanda carries music in her DNA, having started her artistic career in 1997 in Rio de Janeiro. Her voice is described as charming and captivating, with performances that blend the rhythmic richness of Brazilian music with the sophistication of jazz.

Throughout her career, Fernanda Cunha has released nine solo albums, with worldwide distribution, and has toured Brazil, Europe, and North America, performing at major jazz festivals and theaters. She stands out for her ability to interpret bossa nova classics, contemporary Brazilian compositions, and for her own original interpretations, always with a touch of intimacy, elegance, and authenticity. Her music is a distinctive and energetic fusion of jazz with latin rhythms, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the style, with improvisations and melodies that express a variety of emotions.
