Biography

Fernando Eduardo Silva Anitelli was born in Presidente Prudente and raised in the city of Osasco, in São Paulo. Since the age of 13, he was already playing around with arrangements and melodies, beginning his more mature musical journey with the formation of the band Madalena 19 after entering the Faculty of Social Communication. Besides music, Anitelli accumulated experiences as an actor working with directors like Oswaldo Montenegro, which gave him fundamental notions of body expression and stage command later applied in his performances.

In December 2003, the artist created O Teatro Mágico, an innovative project that unites music, circus arts, poetry, and political discussions, inspired by the work of the German writer Hermann Hesse. The initiative stands out for the defense of independent culture, plurality, and the free distribution of content, using Creative Commons licenses in his works. In 2011, Anitelli released his first solo album, "As Claves da Gaveta", rescuing old compositions in voice and acoustic guitar formats, besides holding lectures and workshops focused on music and education.

Throughout his career, Fernando Anitelli collaborated with various exponents of national music and integrated important collective projects. In 2014, he participated in the album of the band Sambô, and in 2015 he joined renowned names like Chico Buarque, Arnaldo Antunes, and Zélia Duncan in the recording of the song "Trono de Estudar". His artistic and political activity also led him to stages of great repercussion, such as the World Social Forum and ceremonies with Latin American leaders.
