Biography

Fernando & Sorocaba is a renowned Brazilian sertanejo duo created in 2006, initially formed by Humberto Santiago and Fernando Fakri, known artistically as Sorocaba. After lineup changes and the arrival of Fernando Zorzanello Bonifácio in 2007 to take on the role of Fernando, the duo consolidated their trajectory in the country's musical scene with a striking mix of arrocha, vaneira, and traditional sertanejo universitário.

Starting with the release of the project Bala de Prata ao Vivo in 2008, the duo gained national projection and accumulated several hits, standing out for their innovation in major audiovisual productions and thematic shows across Brazil. Throughout their career, they have collaborated with various exponents of national music, such as Luan Santana, Daniel, Maiara & Maraisa, among other big names in the genre, in addition to creating their own independent record label to manage their releases and social projects.
