Fernando & Sorocaba is a prominent Brazilian sertanejo duo formed in 2006, initially consisting of Humberto Santiago and Fernando Fakri, better known as Sorocaba. After several early line-up changes, musician Fernando Zorzanello Bonifácio joined in 2007 to solidify the permanent partnership with Sorocaba, shaping the modern sound of the group. The duo became renowned for blending traditional country elements with innovative stage productions, massive live DVD recordings, and university circuit hits.

Throughout their career, Fernando & Sorocaba released landmark albums such as Bala de Prata ao Vivo and Vendaval ao Vivo, establishing themselves as pioneers in the sertanejo universitário movement. They have collaborated with numerous notable Brazilian artists, including Luan Santana, Jorge & Mateus, and Maiara & Maraisa, expanding the boundaries of the genre.
