Ferro na Boneca was a Brazilian forró band formed on July 20, 2001, in Ceará. Initially composed of friends who were passionate about forró, the group quickly distinguished itself with its updated and differentiated repertoire, featuring bold lyrics and a vibrant sound that appealed to a wide range of forró enthusiasts, from traditional pé de serra to more romantic styles. The band's energetic performances and distinctive musical approach soon earned them a significant following across the Northeast region of Brazil.

Over the years, Ferro na Boneca evolved from a group of friends into a respected musical act. In 2007, a significant partnership was formed with Marca Produções, which took over the management of the band's schedule and overall project. This collaboration helped to further solidify their presence in the music scene, leading to successful tours and the release of several albums, including a live CD celebrating their five-year anniversary. Their music, characterized by xotes, xaxados, and baiões, featured popular songs like "Dança do Biriteiro" and "Meu Sócio."

After 15 years of history and significant contributions to the forró genre, Ferro na Boneca announced the end of its activities in July 2016, with their final show taking place in Rio Grande do Norte. The band's legacy is marked by its unique blend of traditional and stylized forró, leaving a lasting impression on fans and the regional music landscape. Their music continues to be celebrated by fans of classic forró, with compilations and tributes keeping their sound alive.
