Biography

Gabriel Fernando Brisola Amaral Silva, known artistically as Gaab, was born in São Paulo on October 15, 1998. The son of pagode singer Rodriguinho and Sabryna Brisola, Gaab grew up surrounded by music and began accompanying his father on tour while still a teenager, working as a backing vocalist. At age fourteen, he composed his first song, which caught the attention of Thiaguinho and ended up being recorded on the album Hey, Mundo.

Despite the strong influence of family pagode, Gaab directed his musical style toward sounds that mix R&B and pop. In 2016, he briefly joined the band Dinastia and released his self-titled debut album, followed by highly acclaimed works such as the albums Melhor Viagem and U. Throughout his career, the singer has collaborated with various exponents of Brazilian music, including names like Marília Mendonça, MC Livinho and MC Hariel.

With a career marked by studio albums, collaborative projects with his family, and live recordings such as the DVD Positividade, Gaab has consolidated his space in the contemporary music scene. He has also established partnerships with major record labels, such as Universal Music and GR6 Explode, further expanding the reach of his compositions.
