Gabriel Guerra is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist known for his work in the pop and MPB (Música Popular Brasileira) genres. Born in Minas Gerais, he began his musical journey in childhood, mastering instruments like the guitar, acoustic guitar, and ukulele.

His professional career gained momentum with the independent release of his first album, "Bossa, Mpb e eu," in 2004. This album featured songs by renowned MPB artists and included collaborations with notable musicians such as Roberto Menescal and Tito Madi. Guerra's subsequent album, "Nobre Guerreiro: Gabriel/Pedro Cezar," released in 2007 by Som Livre, garnered significant attention. One of its standout tracks, "Quem tenta entender uma mulher," was included in the soundtrack of the film "Sexo com Amor," earning Guerra a nomination for Best New Artist and Best Brazilian Song at the 2008 Latin Grammy Awards.

Guerra's music often blends diverse influences, creating a unique Brazilian sound that is both danceable and consistent. His third album, "Um Jeito Diferente: Gabriel/Pedro Cezar," released in 2015, further showcased his distinctive style, described by critics as having an upbeat, sunny, and contagious vibe.
