Biography

Grag Queen, stage name of Grégory Crescencio da Silva Mohd, is a prominent Brazilian singer, actor, television host, and drag queen. Born in Canela, Rio Grande do Sul, she began her artistic journey participating in traditional holiday spectacles such as Natal Luz in Gramado and starring in the musical Korvatunturi. Before achieving international fame, she formed the comedy and music duo Armário de Saia alongside WesDrag, gaining substantial traction on YouTube and social media through viral medleys and parody content until the project concluded in 2020.

In 2021, Grag achieved global recognition by winning the inaugural season of the international singing competition Queen of the Universe, produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and World of Wonder. Following her historic victory, she released her debut EP Desperta and embarked on her international concert career, including the What's Up Lindas Tour and a milestone appearance at RuPaul's DragCon LA. She further solidified her television presence by becoming the host and head judge of Drag Race Brasil, bringing international acclaim and visibility to Brazilian drag culture.

Expanding her musical footprint, Grag released her second EP Gente Crazy in 2023 and signed with Warner Music Brasil in 2025 to launch her debut studio album, Cósmica. Collaborating with various prominent national artists such as Vitão, Lexa, and Bruno Gadiol, she has become a leading voice in Brazilian pop and queer culture. Beyond her musical and television achievements, Grag is an outspoken advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights, drawing from her personal experiences of overcoming school bullying and surviving conversion therapy during her adolescence.
