Haroldo de Campos was an influential Brazilian poet, literary critic, and translator born in São Paulo. Alongside his brother Augusto de Campos and fellow intellectual Décio Pignatari, he established the Noigandres group, which played a pivotal role in the development and popularization of concrete poetry in Brazil.
