Heitor Valente is a prominent Brazilian rapper, educator, and cultural producer hailing from the Federal District (Distrito Federal).

He began his musical journey at the age of 15, drawing inspiration from the poetry of his uncle, Ricardo Valente, and the rap music of the 1990s. His artistic influences are deeply rooted in his heritage from Rio de Janeiro and Maranhão, incorporating elements of Samba, Reggae, Funk Raiz, MPB, and Black Music into his work. Valente's lyrics often tackle significant social and political themes, including social inequality, political activism, moral conduct, and urban culture.

Beyond his music career, Heitor Valente is a dedicated social activist. He founded the "Salve Geral Produções" label to support and promote the rap scene in the Federal District and foster socio-cultural development in marginalized communities. He also leads the "Projeto Rap (Ressocialização, Autonomia e Protagonismo)" initiative in detention centers, aiming to culturally enrich inmates through hip-hop and music education. His commitment to social causes has earned him recognition, including awards from entities like UNICEF.
