Biography

Humberto & Ronaldo is a sertaneja duo formed in Goiânia, Goiás, on March 25, 2008. The duo consists of Umberto Aparecido Teixeira Junior (Humberto), born on April 6, 1987, and Marcelo Alves de Amorim (Ronaldo), born on March 22, 1981. Both are natives of Goiânia and began their musical careers playing in bars and friends' parties.

The duo gained national notoriety in 2011 with the release of the album "Romance – Ao Vivo", which featured renowned artists such as Jorge & Mateus, Bruno & Marrone, and Gusttavo Lima. The hit "Tô Vendendo Beijo", released in 2010, was also part of the soundtrack of the telenovela "Araguaia", broadcast by Rede Globo, establishing the duo in the Brazilian music scene. Humberto, besides being a singer, is a recognized songwriter, having penned hits for other artists such as Jorge & Mateus.

Throughout their career, Humberto & Ronaldo have released several albums and singles, such as "Eu Vou Contar Procêis" (2012), "Hoje Sonhei Com Você" (2013), "Canto, Bebo e Choro" (2014), and "Playlist" (2016).
