Incite is an American groove/thrash metal band formed in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2004. The band is led by vocalist Richie Cavalera, stepson of Max Cavalera, a prominent figure in metal with stints in Sepultura, Soulfly, Nailbomb, and Cavalera Conspiracy. Incite's sound is a potent fusion of thrash and groove metal, marked by aggressiveness and lyrics that address social and personal themes.

Since its formation, Incite has undergone several line-up changes, but has kept Richie Cavalera as the constant member. The band has released several EPs and studio albums, including "The Slaughter" (2009), "All Out War" (2012), "Up in Hell" (2014), "Oppression" (2016), "Built to Destroy" (2019), "Wake Up Dead" (2022), and "Savage New Times" (2025).
