Biography

Jessé Sadoc, born in Belém on July 29, 1947, is a renowned trumpet player and professor at the Escola de Música Villa-Lobos. A graduate of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, he has established a solid career in Brazilian music, also working as an arranger and playing in the Symphony Orchestra of the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro.

Throughout his career, the musician has participated in countless recordings, arrangements, and collaborations with various prominent artists in both classical and popular scenes. Among his stage and studio partnerships, fundamental names stand out, such as Ed Motta, Djavan, João Donato, Guinga, and João Bosco.

His instrumental versatility led him to contribute to albums by important exponents of MPB and national rock, collaborating with Chico Buarque, Cássia Eller, Titãs, Ivan Lins, and Lenine. This vast discography reinforces his importance as one of the most sought-after trumpet players in the Brazilian music scene.
