Jill Viegas is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, music producer, arranger, and voice actor born in Rio de Janeiro on August 19, 1982. He began his musical career as a member of the Christian pop band Promises, staying with them until 2009. During his time with Promises, Viegas signed with MK Music and released his debut solo album, "Majestade," in 2011. The same year, he received a Revelation award nomination at the Troféu Promessas.

Viegas established himself as a notable songwriter within Brazil's contemporary Christian music scene, with his songs being recorded by prominent artists such as Aline Barros, Trazendo a Arca, Davi Sacer, Bruna Karla, Novo Som, Pamela, and Cristina Mel. Beyond his work in religious music, he has also contributed as a composer, voice actor, and producer for various series and films, including seasons of the anime Pokémon, as well as movies like "The Muppets" (2011) and "Toy Story 4" (2019).
