Biography

Luiz Carlos Figueiredo Mello, widely recognized as Juninho Bill, is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, and producer who first rose to fame as a child star. Born in Guarulhos, he began his musical journey at a very young age, participating in television talent shows and gaining immense popularity in the 1980s. Alongside artists such as Patrícia Marx and Luciano Nassyn, he became a core member of the phenomenally successful children's musical group Trem da Alegria, selling millions of records and sharing vocals with notable figures like Evandro Mesquita.

Following the dissolution of Trem da Alegria in the early 1990s, Juninho briefly stepped away from the music scene to pursue a career as a professional football player before returning to his artistic roots. He studied journalism and fronted several rock and pop bands, including Acesso Livre, Schulapa, and later Era Astros, while also establishing himself behind the scenes as a television producer for programs like Danilo Gentili's The Noite on SBT. His enduring presence in Brazilian pop culture was further highlighted when he joined the reality television show A Fazenda.
