Biography

Kevi Jonny Leite Santos Falcão, artistically known as Kevi Jonny, was born in Senhor do Bonfim, Bahia, on September 4, 1994. The son of a taxi driver and a hairdresser, he grew up in a musical environment encouraged by uncles who were singers and musicians. He began his artistic journey at the age of 15 by winning a school festival with his first composition, "Como é que faz", which led him to form a school dance band and explore rhythms such as sertanejo and pagode until he turned 18.

In 2014, he moved to Salvador in search of consolidating his musical career, achieving great resonance in 2017 by performing the song "A Moça do Espelho", composed by Tierry. Besides being a singer, Kevi built a solid career as a songwriter with over thirty original songs recorded by various prominent national interpreters, such as Jorge & Mateus, Tayrone, and Léo Santana. Throughout his career, he has released prominent projects such as the CD "É Amor que Fala" (2018) and his first DVD recorded in Salvador, "Até o Último Gole" (2020), featuring partnerships with renowned artists from the northeastern and national scene.

Recognized as one of the great promises of arrocha and contemporary Bahian music, Kevi Jonny has shared the stage with major names in Brazilian music, such as Marília Mendonça, Pablo, and Bruno & Marrone. Established on digital platforms and in the phonographic scene, he continues to expand his work with new releases and collaborations alongside singers like Anna Catarina. His journey unites the romantic essence of arrocha with influences from sertanejo and northeastern popular music.
