Biography

Hilkias Cristiano Trindade de Jesus, artistically known as Kiaz, is a Brazilian singer and songwriter who emerged in the music scene with a style that transitions between R&B, soul, funk, and trap. Born and raised in Nova Iguaçu, Rio de Janeiro, Kiaz began developing his talent for songwriting at an early age, turning love letters into songs.

His career gained prominence starting in 2020 with the release of his first EP, "Talismã", which featured guest appearances by artists such as L7nnon and Chris MC. The following year, he released the EP "Cê tá bem?". In 2022, he consolidated his presence with the EP "Melhor agora", which included notable collaborations with Anitta and L7nnon, exploring genres such as R&B, neo-soul, funk, trap, and afrobeat. His music is marked by personal experiences and an engaging sound.

In 2024, Kiaz released his debut album, "P.A.", a project that reflects a phase of renewal and explores a rich blend of rhythms, including R&B, afrobeat, MPB, acoustic, jersey, and trap. The album, which features collaborations with artists like Borges and AJAXX, is described by him as a work that moves between the romantic and the casual, paying homage to the intensity of relationships such as "friends with benefits". Kiaz stands out for his authenticity and catchy melodies, consolidating his unique style in Brazilian music.
