Lulina, born Luciana Lins in Recife, Pernambuco, is a Brazilian singer-songwriter known for her unique and whimsical approach to music. Since 2000, she has been crafting experimental, home-recorded albums that explore a playful and often surreal universe. Her lyrical themes range from aliens and toys to everyday objects and emotions, delivered with a blend of wit and occasional sarcasm. This distinctive style has earned her recognition both in Brazil and internationally, with her music appearing on compilations in the US and Europe.

Her official debut album, "Cristalina," released in 2009, marked a significant step in her career, bringing her work to a wider audience and garnering attention from music critics in Brazil, England, and Spain. While "Cristalina" was her first studio album, it built upon a foundation of nine previously self-produced records, showcasing her consistent dedication to her artistic vision.
