Marco Fusinato is a contemporary artist and experimental musician born in Melbourne, Australia, in 1964. His practice is multidisciplinary, encompassing installation, photographic reproduction, performance, and recording. Fusinato is known for exploring the intersections of art and noise, often employing a conceptual approach that involves appropriation and recontextualization of existing imagery and musical scores. His work frequently delves into themes of intensity, extremity, and the tensions between opposing forces such as high and underground culture, noise and silence, and minimalism and maximalism.

As a musician, Fusinato is recognized for his exploration of noise as music, utilizing the electric guitar and mass amplification to create intricate, wide-ranging, and physically impactful frequencies. He performs regularly in the experimental music underground, primarily as a solo artist, and has released numerous recordings, often on vinyl format. His ongoing series of durational noise-guitar performances, "Spectral Arrows," has been described as a monumental aural sculpture and has been performed internationally in galleries, museums, theaters, and festivals.

Fusinato has represented Australia at significant international events, including the 59th Venice Biennale in 2022, where he presented "DESASTRES," a 200-day performance as installation.
