Biography

Mariana Nolasco is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, and actress who began her artistic journey in her teens, at 13 years of age. In the city of Mogi Guaçu, she recorded home videos in an acoustic voice and guitar format from her bedroom, achieving great repercussion on the internet. Her popularity on YouTube established her as a pioneer and one of the biggest names in musical channels focused on covers in Latin America, paving the way for a generation of content creators in Brazil. Throughout her career, she expanded her reach beyond the internet, making her presence felt on major festival stages such as Rock in Rio and João Rock.

The transition to the professional and original recording market took place independently through her own label, after stints with record labels and releases crowdsourced by her fan base. Throughout her journey, she has collaborated with various exponents of national music, sharing vocals and projects with names like Rael, Roberta Campos, Dani Black, Vitor Kley, Anavitoria, and Mumuzinho. Her repertoire moves between reinterpretations of MPB classics and original compositions that dialogue with contemporary pop, culminating in consolidated studio albums, such as the self-titled Mariana Nolasco and the project Quem É Ela?.

In addition to her solid music career, Mariana also expanded her work into acting and appearances on television and film. She joined the cast of the series Dois Irmãos, directed by Luiz Fernando Carvalho for TV Globo, and participated in the film Ana e Vitória. In recognition of her digital and musical influence, she has received nominations in significant awards such as the Prêmio Multishow de Música Brasileira and Meus Prêmios Nick, reaffirming her cultural relevance in the current Brazilian artistic scene.
