Marco Antônio Gil Ricciardelli, widely known as Marquito, was born in São Paulo, Brazil, on March 26, 1960. He is a multifaceted artist, recognized primarily as a comedian, but also as a politician and painter. Marquito's artistic journey began in his youth, around the age of 18, performing in various venues across São Paulo, including nightclubs and circuses. His talent for imitation soon caught the attention of his uncle, the renowned television presenter Raul Gil, leading to Marquito's participation in his show, where he famously impersonated a robot.

His career gained further momentum in the 1980s with appearances on "Programa Barros de Alencar" on TV Record, where he showcased his voice-dubbing skills. He also collaborated with Edson "Bolinha" Cury on "Clube do Bolinha" on Rede Bandeirantes, a show where he honed his impersonations of singers. For over two decades, Marquito has been a beloved fixture on "Programa do Ratinho" on SBT, entertaining audiences with his unique comedic style and imitations.

Beyond his television work, Marquito has also ventured into politics, serving as a city councilor in São Paulo from 2013 to 2016. His artistic endeavors extend to painting, a hobby he has pursued since his teenage years, with his oil paintings having been exhibited in various locations.
