Silas Rodrigues Santos, known professionally as MC Brisola, is a prominent figure in the Brazilian funk scene, hailing from the Vila Nova Galvão neighborhood in the North Zone of São Paulo. He began his career around 2010, at the age of 16, influenced by artists like MC Buiu. Brisola is recognized as one of the pioneers in blending the heavy bass of Funk Carioca with the distinct urban experiences of São Paulo, significantly shaping the identity of São Paulo funk. His lyrical style is often described as spicy and sensual.

MC Brisola gained national recognition with hits such as "Proposta Irrecusável," which solidified his place in the Brazilian music landscape.
