Biography

Born on September 23, 1976, Nãna Shara is a Brazilian singer and the daughter of renowned musicians Baby do Brasil and Pepeu Gomes. Her musical journey began in 1995, working as a backing vocalist for her mother. Five years later, in 1999, she formed the female pop group SNZ with her sisters Sarah Sheeva and Zabelê, which remained active for about ten years.

Following the end of SNZ, Nãna Shara decided to pursue a solo career with a distinct focus, dedicating herself to gospel music. In 2006, she released her first solo album, "Novo Céu", marking her transition into the world of Christian music. She also founded her own ministry called "Firmados na Rocha", consolidating her work in faith and music.

Throughout her solo career, Nãna Shara has released several singles and EPs, such as "Jonas", "Eu Quero Mais", "Algo Melhor" and "Pra Onde Eu Irei Deus?". Her music is known for its inspiring messages of faith, hope, and optimism, combining contemporary elements with Brazilian rhythms. She is frequently associated with other artists in the Brazilian gospel genre, such as Aline Barros and Davi Sacer.
