Marcos Valadão Ridolfi, better known as Nasi, is a prominent Brazilian singer, songwriter, and media personality born in São Paulo. He rose to national prominence as the charismatic frontman of the influential rock band Ira!, which he co-founded in 1981 alongside guitarist Edgard Scandurra. Throughout his career with Ira!, Nasi helped shape the sound of Brazilian rock in the 1980s and 1990s with classic albums such as Vivendo e Não Aprendendo and Psicoacústica.

Beyond his work with Ira!, Nasi has explored diverse musical territories, fronting the art rock band Voluntários da Pátria and forming Nasi e os Irmãos do Blues to delve into blues and soul. He also made significant contributions behind the scenes as a producer, notably helping shape early Brazilian hip-hop by producing records for Thaíde e DJ Hum. His extensive solo discography includes works like Onde os Anjos Não Ousam Pisar and Vivo na Cena, cementing his status as a versatile figure in Brazilian music.
