Biography

The band Nata do Samba is a genuinely Bahian musical group, with over two decades of history in defending Bahian pagode. Formed in 1997 by a group of school friends, Nata do Samba saw its trajectory grow significantly with the rise of pagode in 2000 and 2001. The band is known for representing Bahian music with its characteristic pagodão, without losing the essence and authenticity that define it. Throughout its career, Nata do Samba has featured renowned artists, such as Claudia Leitte, who started her career with the group, and has appeared on widely watched national TV shows, such as "Domingão do Faustão" and "Programa Raul Gil".

Currently, the band is led by singer Siddi Fachin, who has brought a new phase to the group, seeking to innovate by mixing elements of funk and electronic beats with Bahian pagode, without leaving its origins behind. This renewal has attracted both the loyal audience and new generations. Nata do Samba has performed at various shows and events, including appearances at carnivals and cruises, such as Bell Marques's "Vumbora pro Mar Cruise". The band also stands out for scoring hits like "Essa Mina", "Sambe Aí", "As Piriguetes", and "Destino", and more recently, "Lovizinho Safado", in collaboration with Madina Sampaio, which reached a significant number of plays.

With a trajectory marked by authenticity and the ability to reinvent itself, Nata do Samba remains firm in its mission to bring Bahian pagode to all of Brazil. The band stays active with a busy tour schedule and the release of new projects, such as the São João themed album titled 'Daquele Jeitin', which blends old-school forró with Bahian swingueira. Commercial management under the responsibility of Hélvio Luiz Moraes, with over 20 years of experience in the music market, contributes to the consolidation and expansion of the group's career.
