Biography

Dyérys de Paula Mattos, known artistically as Paula Mattos, was born in Campo Grande on October 16, 1989. Encouraged by her father since childhood, she began composing at the age of twelve and, at fifteen, started performing in bars in her hometown, consolidating the first steps of her artistic career in sertanejo music.

Moving to Londrina in 2014 at the invitation of the duo Thaeme e Thiago, she worked as a backing vocalist and saw her talent as a songwriter gain national projection. Author of more than 1,500 songs recorded by exponents of the genre such as Gusttavo Lima, Luan Santana, and Marília Mendonça, she released her debut album in 2015, standing out alongside names like Maiara e Maraísa in strengthening the female presence in the sertanejo market.

Consolidating her career as a performer starting in 2016 with hits like "Que Sorte a Nossa", Paula Mattos accumulates prominent albums, millions of views on digital platforms, and expressive repercussion on radio stations throughout the country. In addition to her artistic relevance, in 2021 she made her sexual orientation public, reaffirming her authenticity before the public and fans who follow her musical journey.
