Biography

Paulo César Baruk is a Brazilian Christian singer, songwriter, and music producer born in São Bernardo do Campo. He began his musical journey during his adolescence, performing as an instrumentalist and singer in various choirs, bands, and orchestras. By the age of eighteen, he was already active in professional studios, providing backing vocals for numerous Christian and secular albums.

Over his prolific career, Baruk has released more than ten albums and received notable recognition within the gospel music scene. His 2010 album Multiforme earned him a Latin Grammy nomination, a feat he achieved again in 2012 with his 2011 release Eletro Acústico 3. In addition to his solo work, he has been involved in musical productions for other prominent gospel artists such as Adhemar de Campos, Eyshila, and Soraya Moraes.

Throughout his life, Baruk has also been connected to various church communities. Until 2018, he was affiliated with the Redenção Presbyterian Church, and later that year, he joined the Água Branca Baptist Church. His consistent contributions as both a performer and producer have established him as a significant figure in Brazilian evangelical music.
