Biography

Pedro Henrique was a prominent Brazilian contemporary Christian music singer and songwriter, born in Ubaitaba, Bahia, and raised in Rio de Janeiro. He began singing in evangelical churches during his childhood and later transitioned from a career in information technology to pursue music full-time after gaining initial fame through viral YouTube cover videos in 2015.

His professional breakthrough came when producer Ronald Fonseca recruited him for the single "Se a Nação Clamar" alongside notable gospel artists like Davi Sacer, Fernandinho, and Isadora Pompeo. Following this collaboration, he became the lead vocalist of the band Sing Out, releasing the album Grande É o Senhor and securing a contract with Sony Music Brasil before launching a successful solo career with hits like "Nunca Falhou" and albums with Todah Music.

Influenced by both congregational worship and pop styles, Pedro Henrique earned widespread acclaim for his powerful vocals and emotional delivery, receiving nominations for the Troféu Geração Salvação. His promising career was tragically cut short when he suffered a fatal heart attack while performing live in Feira de Santana in December 2023, prompting widespread mourning across the Brazilian gospel community.
