Peri Pane, born Marcos Dávila on April 23, 1975, is a multifaceted Brazilian artist known for his work as a singer, songwriter, performer, and visual artist. Emerging from the independent music scene in São Paulo, Pane has carved a unique niche with his lyrical depth, often infused with literary references and a philosophical outlook. His artistic journey began to gain significant traction around 2003, moving away from his earlier career in journalism.

Pane is perhaps most recognized for his "Canções Velhas Para Embrulhar Peixes" (Old Songs for Wrapping Fish) project, a collaboration with poet arrudA that began in 2008. This project has resulted in multiple albums, blending music and poetry with an intimate, acoustic sound. Beyond his musical endeavors, Pane is also known for his performance art, notably the "Homem Refluxo" (Reflux Man) piece, where he wore his own trash for a week to raise awareness about consumption and waste. This performance has been showcased in Brazil and internationally.
