Pregador Luo, artistic name of Luciano dos Santos Souza, is a prominent Brazilian rapper, music producer, and songwriter born in São Paulo. He built a solid career in the national scene as one of the pioneers and founders of the group Apocalipse 16, marking the history of Christian hip-hop in the country. Throughout decades of dedication to music, he also established himself as a solo artist and entrepreneur heading the 7 Taças label.

His musical journey began to take shape in the late 1980s, culminating in the founding of Apocalipse 16 in the 1990s and the release of striking works such as the debut album Arrependa-se. With the group and in his subsequent solo career initiated with RevoLUOção, Pregador Luo expanded the borders of national rap, engaging with both the gospel and secular audiences. His artistic versatility led him to collaborate with various exponents of Brazilian music, including names like Emicida, Racionais MCs, Charlie Brown Jr., and Péricles.
