Biography

Raghatoni was a baian pagode band formed in Salvador, Bahia. The band gained notoriety with their "innovative swing" and energetic performances, especially from their lead singer, Toni Salles, who was previously a member of the group É o Tchan!.

The band was on the road for over a year, releasing songs that achieved popularity throughout Brazil, such as "Todo Mundo Vai", "Cremosinho" and "Vanessa". Raghatoni's musical style was characterized by a baian pagode with a contagious beat, often associated with "swingueira" and "pagodão", rhythms that marked an era in Bahian music.

Throughout their trajectory, Raghatoni collaborated with other artists and participated in important musical events in Bahia and other regions of Brazil. In 2014, Toni Salles left the band to take over the vocals of Parangolé, continuing his career in the Bahian music scene.
